About us:
Our farm is located close to Boane in the Maputo province. Quality hens are imported from Quantum Foods South Africa to go on to produce table eggs for the people of Mozambique.
The farm has a capacity of about 145,000 hens and can produce 3.2 mil eggs per month. Our eggs are available to purchase at Rocheio, Spar, Shoprite, Terramar and other retail and individual shops.

PROTEIN
Eggs are high in protein - making it an easy and inexpensive meal staple. One egg has only 75 calories but 7 grams of high-quality protein, 5 grams of fat, and 1.6 grams of saturated fat, along with iron, vitamins, minerals, and carotenoids.
YOLKS
Egg yolks also can be good for the eyes; they are significant sources of lutein and zeaxanthin, which have been found to reduce the risk of cataracts and macular degeneration.
